Can I buy online and pick up in store?

  • Yes! Most orders are ready to pick up same day, but please allow up to 24 hours. At checkout select Local Pick Up as your Delivery Method. Because both locations share some of the same inventory, your pick up location will bet determined by which store fulfils the order. You will be notified via email regarding which store to pick up at. We are happy to transfer your order to another store location that's more convenient for you, it just may take an additional 24 hours. 

How can I track an order? 

  • After an order has been shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email please give us a call at (205) 344-6543.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

  • Order processing time is 24-48 hours from when the order is placed. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. USPS Priority Mail typically takes between 1-3 days. USPS Priority Express typically takes 1 day. Please note, once the item ships, you may experience USPS delays that are out of our control.

What is your return policy?

  • Regular priced Adult Running Shoes can be returned for a full refund if unworn and with the original shoebox, within 30 days of receiving. We offer exchanges on Adult Running Shoes that have been lightly worn and tested, within 30 days of receipt.   • All other full price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, only if the item is unworn, unaltered, and has original shoebox and/or tags. 
  • Sale items, including adult running shoes, are final sale and nonrefundable.

How do I start a return?

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges in store, free of charge. Please have packing slip or order confirmation available.
  • To make a return or exchange by mail, please mail the merchandise to the below address:

  • When packing your return merchandise, please include a copy of the packing list, order confirmation, or write your order number on the outside of the box. Failure to do this, may result in a delay of refund. 
  • All original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping cost. 
  • Refunds will typically be issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days upon receipt of your return. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
